Who we plan for

Groups we travel with

Satsang & bhajan mandalis

Darshan, aarti and katha at the pace of the group, with time for sankalp and puja at the tirth.

Extended families

Three generations on one trip — rooms close together, elders seated first, and nobody left to arrange anything.

Housing societies & senior citizens

Comfortable coaches, short walking days and rest built into the plan.

Offices & corporate teams

Offsites and team pilgrimages with invoices in the company name and one contact for the HR or admin desk.

Schools & colleges

Heritage and culture tours of Kashi, Sarnath and Prayagraj, with guides who can talk to students.

NRI & overseas groups

Airport receiving, English-speaking coordination and a plan that works around long flights.

What we arrange

Everything the group needs, booked by one local team

Hotels and room blocks

Rooms held together in one hotel, close to the temples and ghats — from simple dharamshala-style stays to comfortable 3★ and 4★.

Group transport

Tempo Travellers, Force Cruisers and coaches for the whole group, with sedans or SUVs for elders who need them.

Boats on the Ganga

Sunrise and aarti boats for the group, and whole-boat bookings on festival nights like Dev Deepawali.

Darshan, planned

Temple timings, queues and the best hour for each darshan worked out in advance — Sugam Darshan booked where the temple offers it.

Puja and rituals

Pandits for Rudrabhishek, Ganga aarti, Satyanarayan katha, pind daan and sankalp, arranged for the whole group.

One coordinator

A named person on WhatsApp from the first call to the drop-off, who knows your group and your plan.

The right vehicle for your group

Every group travels together. Larger groups get more than one vehicle, and elders can ride in a car beside the coach.

Add to your group

Options you can add

  • A Satmarg escort with the group

Someone from our team travels with you — check-ins, darshan queues, headcounts, and the thousand small things.

  • Meal plans

Breakfast only, breakfast and dinner, or all meals — satvik, Jain or regional, served together as a group.

  • Sugam Darshan

The shorter, paid darshan queue at temples that offer it, booked for the whole group.

  • Puja and rituals

Rudrabhishek, Satyanarayan katha, sankalp at the Ganga, pind daan — with pandits arranged in advance.

  • Guides

Hindi- and English-speaking guides for Kashi, Sarnath and the circuits; other languages on request.

  • Boats on the Ganga

Sunrise and aarti boats sized to the group, or a whole boat on festival nights.

How it works

From first call to the last darshan

  1. 1

    Tell us about the group

How many, which dates, which city you start from, and anything we should know — elders, children, food.

  2. 2

Get a written plan and price

A day-by-day itinerary with a per-person price, what is included and what is not — on WhatsApp, in writing.

  3. 3

    Lock it with an advance

An advance holds the hotel rooms, vehicles and boats. The balance is paid in instalments before and on arrival.

  4. 4

Travel — we handle the rest

Your coordinator is with you on WhatsApp through the trip; our team on the ground handles the pickups, darshan and boats.

  3. Rooms: twin, triple or dormitory-style
  4. Hotel class: simple, 3★ or 4★
  5. Meals: breakfast only, half board or all meals — satvik or Jain

Questions groups ask

How big can the group be?

From a family of eight to a mandali of a hundred. Tell us the number and we will say honestly what we can hold for your dates.

Can we choose our own hotel or dates?

Yes. The plan is built for your group — change the hotel, the pace or the order of darshan and we re-price it.

Do you arrange food?

Hotel breakfast is usually included. Group meals — satvik, Jain or regional — can be arranged and are quoted separately.

We are elderly travellers. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Tell us who needs help, and we plan shorter walks, closer hotels, lower-floor rooms and seats nearest the exits.

Can the company be invoiced?

Yes — for offices and institutions we invoice in the organisation's name.

Are you a travel agent or tour operator?

We handle the ground in Varanasi and on the pilgrim circuits for agencies — hotels, transport, boats and darshan on partner rates.
