Lock it with an advance
An advance holds the hotel rooms, vehicles and boats. The balance is paid in instalments before and on arrival.

Your coordinator is with you on WhatsApp through the trip; our team on the ground handles the pickups, darshan and boats.
Questions groups ask
How big can the group be?
From a family of eight to a mandali of a hundred. Tell us the number and we will say honestly what we can hold for your dates.
Can we choose our own hotel or dates?
Yes. The plan is built for your group — change the hotel, the pace or the order of darshan and we re-price it.
Do you arrange food?
Hotel breakfast is usually included. Group meals — satvik, Jain or regional — can be arranged and are quoted separately.
We are elderly travellers. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell us who needs help, and we plan shorter walks, closer hotels, lower-floor rooms and seats nearest the exits.
Can the company be invoiced?
Yes — for offices and institutions we invoice in the organisation's name.
Are you a travel agent or tour operator?
We handle the ground in Varanasi and on the pilgrim circuits for agencies — hotels, transport, boats and darshan on partner rates.
